I am by no means an expert. I have so far invested in only one condominium unit in New York City. I would like to learn more about how to buy and sell property in New York City. I know what kind of property I am interested in. I want to know how to be able to acquire the initial investment equity (20% down payment) to buy at bare minimum price and sell.

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $690,000
Cash invested: $390,000

Single unit condominium
