Greetings Bigger Pockets community,

I am looking to expand my portfolio by acquiring a rental property in Garfield Heights, OH. I am seeking recommendations for a reliable GC who has experience with buy and hold properties.

I am looking for a professional who can assist with property inspections, scope of work preparation, project management, and all aspects of the rehab process. Additionally, the GC should have experience working with foreign investors and be able to provide clear and timely communication throughout the project.

If you have had a positive experience working with a contractor in the Garfield Heights area, I will be happy to receive their contact information, along with any relevant details about their work. Your recommendations will be greatly appreciated and help me in making an informed decision.

Thanks!

I highly recommend Brett Nissen. https://www.biggerpockets.com/..

He is a Bigger Pockets member himself and in the Jacksonville area. Very smart, kind and eager to help!

Let me know if you need any other help with your growing portfolio

Thanks Ty for your recommendation. We will contact him

Thanks Patricia for your note. That's correct, experience in making such deals is at the top of our priority together with passion.

We're looking for an eager agent in Jacksonville to work with us to create a rentals portfolio in Jacksonville/

Our goal is to have 5-10 rentals this year and many more next year.

Experience in rehab for rentals/fix & flip and good knowledge in evaluating rehab  - a must

Would be happy for your recommendations. Feel free to reach out

Hi! I'm new in San Antonio, I'm working on creating a portfolio here using BRRRR strategy, looking to connect with other investors in this area, feel free to say Hi :)

Welcome to BP!

Do you have $130K to spend or is that the home purchase price?

I can connect you with investor homes in that price range. Now, if you have $130K to spend, there are plenty of opportunities all over the city.

To me, the southern part of San Antonio has probably more fix and flip opportunities, but you can find that in other areas as well.

Let me know if I can help. We can jump on a quick call.

Hi Hamp,

Hi! I recently started looking at San Antonio to create a portfolio of rentals there, using the BRRRR strategy. I am still new in this area and doing my research so will be happy to have your insights about which neighborhoods I should start looking at that are good for investment using this strategy with a budget of 130K? Thanks!!
