Good morning everyone, so I'm seeking guidance on how I should go about my debt vs beginning to invest in real estate.  Currently in 50k debt (carnote, IRS, loans and credit cards). My question I have is should I pay off all my debt first before I start investing or I pay half of it off and then invest?
