I signed up for Karen's July training in Irvine. I really am just looking for a legit partner. I have previously signed up for the Jason Gilbert coaching and as far as the partnering goes, it was a waste. His materials are thorough, but he appears to be set up as a guru - making his money on students as opposed to real estate.

I am hoping Ms Hanover's partnering is included and different as I am already involved in residential short sales and now have commercial sellers responding to my marketing daily and I have transactional funding lined up. So, I guess what I am looking for is a legit negotiator/partner. Any feedback on Karen's partnering is appreciated.
