Hi everyone, my name is Kelley Hook and I live in Corvallis, Oregon.  I am a Certified Financial Planner and President of a fully independent, fiduciary, investment management firm.

I have been interested in real estate investing for many years and am always looking to expand my knowledge base.  In addition to my professional training and experience as a CFP, I have completed university coursework in Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Appraisal, and Real Estate Finance.  I also currently own and manage two single family homes as buy and hold rentals.

My overarching goal is to utilize real estate as part of a diversified portfolio of assets in order to support financial independence.  I am seeking a great opportunity to acquire another buy and hold single family home or multi-family unit in my area.  I am also looking to expand my network of real estate professionals, and am specifically in need of a great local handyman as well as a contractor.

I hope to benefit from the vast pool of knowledge and experience here on BiggerPockets to support my own real estate investing as well as to continually improve the outstanding service and advice I provide my clients.  I also hope to contribute to this community by sharing my own knowledge and experience where I can.

I'm really excited to be here, this looks like an outstanding community and a tremendous resource.
