@Dominic Williams Like anything, location and condition effect the price but you can buy and sell almost anything for a profit if you buy it right

He does a fair amount of turnkey in Cleveland and Columbus.   

I'll buy and sell them.

@Rita Koroll  It doesn't matter.  Just get started.  Read, network, study...but take action with the information that you gather.  You'll find what works for you and settle into a specialty that is yours.
