I'm an accredited investor and signed up to get more info by email.  That was a mistake. I get a ridiculous amount of emails and I can't opt out.  I've clicked the link at the bottom of the emails but the link doesn't work and so there is no way to opt out of their many emails. If they can't do that honestly then I don't trust them in general, so I won't do business with them.

Rich, I think a lot of Americans share your frustration and I'm one of them. We vote people into office to represent us, not think for us. Regardless of what side you are on, when the majority makes it clear what they want, it should not be ignored or overturned by a judge.

Like many American’s, I'm fed up after watching the health care bill get pushed through and our government saying that they had to ignore us because we don't know better, or the AZ immigration law, or prop 8 in California. The majority has made it clear what is wanted and yet somehow it gets ignored or overturned. Unbelievable!

This should bother every American no matter what their political views. The government is supposed to work for us and to listen to us, whoever that majority happens to be. If I’m in the minority, I may not like it but I’ll be glad if our elected officials are listening to the majority.

There is no excuse for what is happening but all we can do is vote them out and hopefully replace them with elected officials, whether democrats or republicans, that will listen to the people.

No doubt! We can always count on Josh to bring us the great content, avoid the BS artists.

Once you get one, you can outsource the negotiations to an experienced negotiator and you can use transactional funding to fund your deal. All in all, you really can make a large chunk of money will liitle to none from your own pocket!
Just ask several others here on BP, they do it just about every month and I have funded their deals.
Couldn't agree more! :D

You must not have read my entire response. I suggested that the current landlord in default should not be receiving your rental check, but the bank.
I agree that a tenant is legally binded by the lease contract and failure to perform on that contract could have some adverse consequences. Give legal notice if you wish to move and if available via your contract, and when keeping good on your lease, pay the bank, not the landlord who is pocketing your payments (illegally in most cases)
