Do you need to furnish an Airbnb or Relocating and need to furnish your home? I'm selling my apartment furniture in Tucson, AZ from my airbnb for a 2 bedroom / 2 bath, this includes a full living room, bar stools for the kitchen, a fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. Reach out to me if you are interested in the furniture for relocating or Airbnb. Looking to sell everything to 1 person instead of 130+ items to 130+ people. Asking $8K OBO, try me. Think about how you can maximize profits.  Can you have a r.e. photographer re-shoot the home because pictures are the king pin of someone booking beyond the pricing.  Can you push it high prices during high season trying to maximize occupancy.  Can you change the title, order of photos, edit the listing description, add a bottle of wine and goodies during low season to attract more booking.  Are you making what airdna.co says you can, if not then why?  I did a home mod many years ago and it saved me and my home after having kids beyond vacation renting.  Do you have it listed on all sites? Is your listing healthy meaning no cancellations or rejections of booking on open dates.  Are you on the site daily tweaking the listing? This all helps the algorithm.  What expenses can you slim down?
I'm selling my furniture if you have a home you want furnished for a STR.  2bd 2 ba 1 yr old lightly used great condition from in a luxury vacation rental apartment.  I'm asking 8K/flex and maybe it can be U hauled over to your place from Tucson, AZ.  Emerald Green Velvet Tufted couches and bar stools, etc. 130+ items.  I can send pictures and a list at your request.  It basically has everything you need to run a short term rental.  I have another vacation rental I have been running for 14 years and love it use it myself as a getaway on the non booking dates.

I started vacation renting my home in 2010 back when no one knew what VRBO was or vacation rentals and it has been the best decision for me on so many levels.  I now also manage other peoples str in Tucson, AZ.

As a whole I have it on FB market place for $8K.  I do not want to split it up into frying pans, couches and fans, just hoping to sell it all to one person.  Thanks!

I have a 2bd 2 ba vacation rental worth of furniture supplies, living room, kitchen, laundry room everything you would need turn key for a airbnb or VRBO where is a good site to sell it all in one and not dirt cheap?  I have 130 + items and don't want to deal with 130 buyers instead just one.  For Tucson, AZ I also can manage or co-host the property if you know of a investor or homeowner that want to buy my stuff and have me take care of it all.

The is a work at home scam where they say you can work and make a income wholesaling.  They push you to pay $150 for a ad set up fee so your ads get set up correctly and not suspended specifically and when done all the ads get suspended by google and bing right away.  They never bothered to set up my facebook ads and took that money also, I asked for a refund several times they denied it!  This con job of a company took food out of my children's mouths!  I'm a stay at home mom trying to make a living while they are stealing money from people like me daily!  Do not work for them or fall for the $150 ad set up fee Scott will take your money and Shannon Edwards Transaction Coordinator will cover for him both not answering their phones, responding to text, nor refunding me after 1 week of demanding a refund.  Services were not provided and they are crooks!
