@Caleb Brown yes the only feed back in getting was.( ur house is on a busy street and too noisy) I reduced the price from 725 to 689k and yet still not getting offers at all.
@Michael Dumler no offers yet. I tried reducing the price from 725k to 689 which is the lowest on the market right now. The only feed back in getting is just because it’s on main road people don’t like the busy street
I just finish my second project a month ago. It been seating on the market for a 3 weeks now.all my cash is gone into this project now I find it so difficult to pay my own bills and even pay the mortgage of the home and it’s stopping me from going to my next project. I’m confused of what to do can someone talk to me.
