I'm Marc. Currently recruiting for 1 solid General Contractor to take on a project in early Q1 of 2022
Property 1:
4 /1.5 - Total Rehab project - adding a full bathroom - property to be converted into an assisted living facility.
I've been on Angi's, logged into several apps and a have circled the options on the Meetup app as well. Scouted a few folks in Home Depot, and talked to a few folks working on current construction projects.
Figured I'd tap into the expansive network of BP for solid referrals with a reputation of delivering on schedule...(or close to on schedule, because things do happen.)
If anyone has any referrals, I'm open for estimates and am grateful for your time and support.
