I just recently bought a property in Peebles, Ohio. The process going on smoothly but I cannot find a good Property inspector in the area. Tried to google but most of the phone I called is no responding.  The one who answers does not seem qualified. Thank you very much!

Long Story short, they keep on changing the closing costs to the point that we were about $1,000 short. Now we decided not to close and they agreed to return the EMD. On the release form though, the EMD we only are getting back would be $3,000. Every time I asked for clarification they throw out buzz words to me. Any thoughts?

Can rent up to 1200 a month after renovation.

Can anyone guide me how to find a section 8 tenant and if this deal is ok for long term hold?

This is our first BRRRR deal and we planed to apply for section 8 tenant. This is a seller financing deal. Please help us analyzed this. Thank you very much!
