i also read the review, alot of the negative review's seemed to be centered around not finding the corner and molding pieces. not the quality of the product and i was able to find all the parts i needed. i will say that the life proof is very highly reviewed. 

hello, i just got my first rental and we are putting new flooring in and I need help deciding which product to use. 

1.Mohawk Home Woodmill Oak Waterproof Laminate 12mm Thick Plank With 2mm Attached Pad Included -1.598$/ sqft 

2. golden arowana hdpc flooring. (high density plastic composite)  2.37$/sqft

3.Mohawk home luxury vinyl flooring 2.601$/sqft

4. home depot  life proof Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring 3.29$/sqft

This is for a Rental in the Spokane washington that will rent for about 2500 a month. I mostly want the option that will hold to use and save money long term.  all the products look nice to my eyes but what do I know. we are doing about 1600 sqft.  kitchen bathrooms, stairs, and hallway and bedrooms.
