Hello,

I would like to get a HELOC on my primary home, but I currently have it rented. I also have a 2nd house rented. Both of these houses are paid off. Last year, I closed my business because I was losing money. I just finished rehabbing one of my houses and renting it. I have very good credit, but because I don't have a job, I haven't been able to get a conventional loan. Can anyone give me an idea on how to get a HELOC for investment even though I am renting my primary home?
