@Olivia O Adesanya welcome to the forums! I would recommend going to a networking event or two near you as a lot of the members on the forums here are very active at networking events.

Welcome! What's your strategy for getting your first property?

Hi Paul, thank you for reaching out. I am currently utilizing my agent that worked with me to purchase my first two-unit residential property last year. So, I am looking to purchase my second property via BRRRR. I am also looking at properties that are rentable but might need some minor upgrade.

Quote from @Joshuam R.:

Hey Olivia, welcome to the forums!

What are your top 3 niches you are enjoying learning about and or navigating towards?

Hi Joshuam, I am currently watching at least one podcast of the BP daily via YouTube. I am currently reading "The BRRRR Rental Property Investment Strategy Made Simple" by David Greene. I am really interest to learn everything I can about the BRRRR and acquiring the small/medium multi unit rental properties. I am interested in short sales/foreclosures. But more than anything else, I have learned that this business is not about getting rather about providing solution to distress sellers and making that transition as easy and smooth as possible.

Welcome, Olivia! Would love to hear about your goals!

Thank you very much, my main goal for the immediate future is to build a working TEAM (I ready started) and to find my first deals through BRRRR before the end of 1st quarter of 2023. I am interested in the small - medium multi unit and SF residential properties in the Midwest market for a start. And will definite explore more markets as I gain experience.

Quote from @Aj

Hi Olivia, One of the easiest ways of scaling in real estate today is to invest in turnkey properties out of state. If you have a busy 9-5 routine but have the money to get started and don't have enough time, turnkey companies provide some of the best resources to scale your portfolio. I have used that strategy so feel free to reach out if you want to discuss.

Thank you very much for reaching out. I keep you offer in mind.
