Hello,

I'm ready to get started and looking to delve into the BRRRR Method. I have a few questions about average repair costs in the Brooklyn area and a couple of other questions. Anyone willing to help me out and walk me through so I can make my first deal? Very well appreciated in advance.

Hi,

Im new to real estate investing. Ive been researching flipping houses and I am really motivated and ready to dive right in. Any advice on do's and don'ts will be greatly appreciated. Sharing is caring and it was this philosophy that brought me into this in the first place. A sister friend shared her experience and knowledge and it motivated me to give this a try. The usual living from paycheck to paycheck is tired and old and I want to take charge of my finances.

Thanks in advance for your help.
