Hey guys I’m currently investing in Texas & wanted to know if there is a go to percentage Texas wholesalers charge. I’m in DC & it’s always 70% , wondering if it’s different in Texas?

Anyone ever have a virtual assistant? Been thinking of getting one for talking to sellers? I've found that making calls and going to appointments midday is getting tougher? Would like recommendations on good virtual assistant companies that actually know the business and that will be dedicated.
