@Cody Barna The market in CA is HOT! Working as an agent in CA has been great for me. I'm new to the business but I'm surrounded and backed by a solid team. As far as investing, my business partner and I are looking into single family BRRRR opportunities (local) and short term vacation rentals around the Lake Tahoe area. We're also open to opportunities out of state.
