Hey BP Community,
I am a first time investor in the Us, (I am from Mexico and I currently do flipping over there), I am not looking for funding even though I am considering the option in the future but I really want to try and explore the opportunities, for me it would be great if there is any investor willing to just talk and share some knowledge and advice if there is someone living in the DFW area I'll be more than happy to invite you a coffee

The best thing for me, is not something specific but to discover the amount of free information and to know people thats willing to share knowledge and advice so you can success, that for me is amazing

 Yeah I am not looking for funding, for me the challenge is to know the process, the legal part and how to find investment opportunities 

 Yeah, I just moved to the DFW area but I will only be here for a year so I want to learn as much as possible about the process and the legal part before moving back
