I work with a team that gets flip deals daily.

I designed this strictly for wholesalers that have good cash investors but no
deals. It will eliminate the headaches of too many wholesalers in the
deal, chasing deals that are not good, spending too much time running
comps, analyzing and driving by properties only to find out the deal is
bad. You'll never have to worry about not being able to assign a
contract because the bank won’t let you assign it. YOUR DONE WITH ALL OF THAT!

1. We need proof of funds from your investor.


2. My company signs your investor up in the program, your
investor will then pay my company direct at escrow - my companies flat
percentage fee. I will then pay you (a referral fee) each time your
investor buys a property through our program.

3. All of us will sign non-disclosures to protect our connections with our investors.

4. You will sign a one page contract with my company that guarantees your fees every time your investor buys.

Here are the fees you receive every time your investor purchases a property.

Under 250,000----> 1500.00
250,000-350,000 -> 2000.00
350,001-450,000 -> 2500.00
450,001-550,000 -> 3000.00
550,001-650,000 -> 3500.00
650,001-750,000 -> 4000.00
750,001-850,000 -> 4500.00
850,001-950,000 -> 5000.00
950,001 and up -> 7000.00
