Can anyone recommend good wholesalers here in the general Houston area to work with?  I am new to the market and want to buy some homes to hopefully flip.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I recently got laid off from my job and transferred my old 401k's into a quest IRA. I want to buy some flip properties so that i can build up more cash before i get into long tern investing.This gives me a decent amount to work with to buy with.

Have any of you worked with any hard money lenders in Houston and what were your experiences?

@Asim Iftikhar- I'm looking to learn how to wholesale properties.  This seems like one of the better ways to gain some capital to increase my investments.  It's been quite some time since I've flipped so am really nervous getting back into this.

Hi Everyone,

I currently work a corporate job along with being a realtor. I'm looking to get into investing with hopes of it allowing me to eventually leaving my corporate job.  I used to flip homes many years ago but it hurt me greatly when the economy took a turn in 2008.  I'm still recovering from some of the financial issues I incurred back then. I would love any and all help with trying to build my business. I am looking into wholesaling with homes of doing other types of investing later.
