@Cameron Ellis

Congrats bro. Could you in a nut shell explain how you do an analysis on your properties?

Is the persepective of the wholesaler doing an analysis on a property investment the same analysis and perspective the actual buyer/investor does? Let me rephrase if you're confused... Does the wholesaler need to know just as much about how to do an analysis as the buyer/invester? Or are they going to look at the same property from different views with different agendas and a different analysis?

@ Buddy LaRue what part of south Florida do you invest in? I'm very familiar with the Naples/Marco area having lived there before and regularly going down on vacations....

I'm having a hard time figuring out where to begin with REI. I've been on this site for weeks now reading and picking up all the jargon I can. I just have not been able to determine any strategy yet. Maybe I should read the bp beginner's guide again for the third time. Any other suggestions?
