Im a wholesaler in Indiana trying to find an investor friendly title company in Grand Rapids. I talked to a couple of companies and both did not seem to know what I was talking about as far as assignment of contracts or wholesaling is concerned. Any recommendations?

When looking up public records specifically for inherited properties or cash transactions what is the best way to go about this? I see many quit claim deeds that show up in the county records but not sure if this encompasses an inherited deed as well as a cash sale. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Just curious as if anyone recommends any lease option courses that dont break the bank? Ive seen Wendy Patton has a book but was concerned that it might be outdated. Also looked at 'manual' from Michael Carbonare anyone have any reviews on either of these?
