@Kunal Mishra That sounds pretty accurate, I think that preparation is key so I'm going to continue to read and look up houses. In a couple months i think we may take our first stab at it. Thanks for the insight and I'm following you now so i'll be around. 

@Brian Pistone I'll definitely look into talking to one. I think the first step is creating a comfort zone with all this but thanks for giving some form of direction. 

Ok so me and my brother have decided to start housefliping but the only thing is, I want to get a general idea of how my areas market is doing. How do i find this information out?
