Hello, quick question. I was looking into buying a house using WellsFargo, I was told after being pre-qualified that I had to wait 2 years in order to apply for another mortgage. I'm want to get back into real estate again but this time with rental properties. Anyone know of a lending institution that is more flexible with the waiting period? I'm looking in Fort Drum, NY. Thank you

Hello, quick question. I was looking into buying a house using a WellsFargo, I was told after being pre-qualified that I had to wait 2 years in order to apply for a mortgage. I'm ready to get back into real estate again but this time with rental properties. Is the waiting period mandatory or is there a way around or what finance company would you guys recommend for me to pursue. My two year is up on Aug 2017, so almost there. Thank you
