Hi.
I’m looking for some referrals for a property manager or management company in Cleveland. That you’re  personally happy with.
I have 4 doors being managed for the most part it’s been ok.
I’m looking for different options as a way to educate myself.

Thank you.

Hi Jacob,

Hope you’re doing well. Thank you for reaching out. I’m already working with a lender that helped me in the past and I’m pre-approved through them already. For the time being I won’t need a lender. It doesn’t mean things won’t change in the future.

Good morning, Oscar.  I've been investing in real estate for about 30 years.  I've worked with and helped many new investors along the way.  I don't have all the answers but I'll be happy to offer opinions and advice.  Feel free to contact me directly.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for taking time from your already busy schedule. I’ll private message you if that is ok. Thank you.

Hi,

Happy new year.
I purchased my first multifamily house in Cleveland and expenses have come up but figure is the price of admission. Things seem to finally settle and have been meaning to purchase a new one. However, my lack of experience It feels like I’m guessing at things. I’m looking for a much more experience investor to run things by and hopefully keeping me from making a disappointing purchase. The plan is to buy and hold long term.

 Thank you.

Are you seeking was to buy many properties without having to use a bank or are you seeking a real estate agent to figure out your next purchase?

Hi. Thank you for replying. Long term is to build a portfolio.  I’ll be going through a traditional  bank loan.

I already started to working with an agent. A good example of something I didn’t even consider inspecting was the sewer line until after my last purchase. It’s those sort of things that imagine someone with years of experience may have mention. I’m trying to avoid those new investor pit falls.
