I am looking for someone that wants to lease a home in N. San Diego county and use it as a short term rental (a short term arbitrage.) The home is over 4000 sq ft, beautiful, peaceful, remote and close to everything San Diego has to offer. For example 30 min to the beach, 45 min to downtown San Diego with the zoo, museums and everything you can want, 30 minutes to Legoland, less than 30 minutes to San Diego Wild Animal Park.
