The home is 930 SF 

850 to 900 dollars is the rental rate in the area 

Price low due to its a foreclosur  and a small fire in the attic that cause water damage to ceiling and  wood floor. Kitchen and bathroom need total rehab.

Its not in a war zone, its actually in a nice, quiet  neighborhood in the inner city of Detroit 

I’m a out of state investor just finished a total rehab on a property in Detroit Michigan on the west side I was looking to see is there any good property management groups in the area.
