I have some knowledge, looking for preceptor/partner for a few deals to get my feet wet. I completed 3 day bootcamp and continue reading & Podcast. I joined a few Facebook groups and they are limited on what you can post. I tried one yesterday asking to partner with CASH buyers and I was asked to take the post down. 

I'm going to take your advice Alex and contact a few Title Companies. And Keddrick, thank you for the reference, I will join FBG Wholesale Elite.

Hello everyone. I have been searching for mentorship and unfortunately, I can't afford any at this time. I don't want that to hinder me. I am ready to step out on my own, starting out with wholesaling. Please help on buyers list, lead generator, contracts and many more that can lead me to the right path. I live in Miami, FL.
