I sold 3326 Askew Ave and I increased the rents. 129 Topping Ave now rents for $425 per month and 4112 Forest Ave now rents for $850 per month. I would be willing to sell them both for $42,500 cash. Thanks.

Yes, mostly. I sold 5901 Indiana Ave. I dropped the price to $59,500 for the remaining 3 houses. Two are still occupied and one is still vacant. We just completed the Section 8 Inspection for 4112 Forest Ave, so it is good for another year.
