Is wholesaling a good way to start off in real estate? I don't have much money.

I'm currently reading the article Brett showed me and it's awesome! I have a few more questions though, Do I need a company to start wholesaling? Like a llc? And Do I need a website? Should I start looking for sellers first or buyers? I'm really looking forward to start wholesaling but I don't want to mess up. I'm currently trying to get my license.

Investing with $25,000 and wondering not wide ring

My father and I are in the process of opening up a real estate investment company I was just wide ring if anybody can help me out a little because I've never invested. The company is new and therefore us no credit as well so we can't get any mortgage. Should we try to buy a used car on credit to build it up and pay it down fast? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks in advance!!!!
