Majority of the banks has become "internet banks" where a loan application easily gets rejected if you are a private RI. Do you have any experience with investor friendly banks in # Oslo # Norway?

Hi Lily,

I have experience in investing in Montenegro. 

It's a buyer market now. Russians & Ukrainians where the major REI in Montenegro for some time. Current political situation in Ukraine, the Oil price decline and devaluation of Russian currency has made those investors to retreat.

Many banks are left with RE that they can't get rid of.

I need to do a refinancing of my two apartments and preferably a loan consolidation:

apartment no.1 (selveier) is purchased for 2.560.000NOK, buy and hold rental apprised to 3.100.000NOK, my loan is 1.700.000NOK per today.

apartment no.2 (andel) is purchased for 3.100.000NOK, buy and hold rental apprised to 5.100.000NOK, my loan is 2.100.000NOK per today. 

Are there any BPers from Norway / Oslo, who can advice me on the best way to do this?
