Hi Abe, I moved 3 months ago from NJ, my partner moved 6 years ago from MD. We open a remodeling company here, got the insurances and etc... All my experience is from a different state. But we are giving a try to Florida for personal reasons. pgprojectsinc.com it's hour company. Even though we are working with existed customer from my partner, I thing that real estate business it's a good opportunity for us to explore. Thanks for you comment. Hi I am Pablo, after more then 15 years at the construction business, I am very interested in finally get involve into the real state business. I got a partner with who we have been remodeling houses, and also commercial jobs for others. What could be and first step to go into, there is any website that people is looking for business partners, books that can guide or be a first step in this journey. Thanks.
