My realtor is checking tenant's credit and history.

My tenants used to pay the rent each month during more than one year, but suddenly, they have been stoped paying. I do not know them, but I can suppose that they have lost their job, or something similar, because, in my opinion, the situation is not common, why tenants who used to behave perfectly have been stoped paying the rent ?

in other words, I just want to understand if this situation I'm facing is common at Orlando's Market or this is only "bad luck"

I'm from Argentina and I have condo units at Orlando and Miami

I have a realtor located in Miami, managing my units. My problem is that I had 2 evictions in 2 different units at Orlando during this year. My realtor solved this issue in a right way, However, I would like to understand. Is this a typical situation to have so much evictions at Orlando ? which are the best option to prevent evictions ?.

I would appreciate your comments

thanks
