We are moving to Durham, NC in June, 2016, and would love to hear from fellow real-estate investors! Just a bit about us:
-My wife and I are physicians who currently own 3 properties (2 rentals, and a primary)
-We are relatively new in real-estate investing, and would like to link-up with others to learn more about rehabbing (including tips on what to rehab), and more about financing (including tips on which banks are most helpful, and how to get loans that cover multiple purchases).
- We would like to learn more about how to find deals (I'm currently reading the bigger pocket posts, and am learning a lot on this... perhaps I can shadow someone in Durham/ Raliegh?)
- We are open to partnerships!
- Are there real-estate interest meetings that we can get involved in?
My first post on Biggerpockets; excited to start the journey!
