I think you should go ahead and start from the beginning of all the podcasts. They give you a little insight from everyone who's ever done real estate, failed and then made it, and working it. I've learned alot from just listening to others experience and trying to do what they've done from advertising/marketing to getting deals...but everyone's experience will be different you can expect to get the same exact outcome as they have. Good Luck and work hard!
