When you use it does the ROI shows as %Inf? It's also just a little disconcerting when Brandon uses this calculator is almost every podcast and it was one of the main reason I signed up for the pro membership.

Why is the BRRRR Calculator saying it is in Beta testing? Am I using an old link or is there something else going on?

Hi all! My Real Estate lawyer is helping me setup a corporation and in doing so he suggested that I create a company notebook to hold my legal documents, receipts, etc. I was wondering if anyone else has done this or something similar and if so how did you organize it?

Gotcha, maybe we could talk them into Making it a selection that used the logo added in the create company section of the profile. :) Thanks for all the help.

Thanks for that. One other question, do you have to upload your logo separately for each report or is it a one time upload?

As you can probably tell I'm still a newbie to this site and how to use it. That being said, can anyone tell me how to add my company logo to my reports generated by the calculators? I've created a company profile and uploaded the logo there but I'm not seeing where to add it to my reports.

Ummm, it's very important to me. I want my reports to look and feel professional. It's one of the reasons I pay for the pro membership here. I have sellers wanting to sell me their property and sometimes I show them the reports as a negotiation tactic.

Honestly, if you're not responding to help me with what I'm trying to do I'd appreciate it if you would keep your opinion to yourself or post it somewhere else.

I'm interested as well.
