Hi Everyone, I've been looking for creative ways to finance my first deal. That's when I stumbled upon self directed IRA's. I want to invest on a property using my SDIRA and money from my husband's LLC (he has one with me and looking to form another with a colleague). Is this possible to do (partner with either LLC)? Or would this be considered a prohibited transaction since he's my husband? Appreciate any advice on this! Thanks, Pallas

I recently started my education into real estate investing, specifically wholesaling, with my husband. After  spending several months on BP reading the forums and - like everyone - devouring the podcasts, I'm excited to share that we launched our first direct mail campaign this week!
