Hilton Head Island

Hi Amy. I am in the Hilton Head area of SC. We deal with HVAC, bugs and flood insurance. The structures here are much newer than you are dealing with. We have mostly single family, not to many multi.

Hi. I am in the Hilton Head area. Are you thinking of buying a condo? In HHI you would have more properties to choose from. The lowest price house on HHI is around 300k and would not be short term. I can send you some listings if you'd like to see

I have bid on the tax lien. It pays out 12 % , 3% for each quarter.  bcgov.net is a good place to learn more about the tax sale. Beaufort county does a great job of providing information on their website. It is hard to fail with a tax lien just do your homework.

I am in the HHI area and would be happy to share what I know about the area. There are certainly some pit falls to look out for such as the HOA fees and community rules. Also we would pay 6% tax on any property that is not your primary residence. I am a realtor in the area and if you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them for you.

Hi there!

I am relocating to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in November of 2015 and beginning a new career in Real Estate.  Bigger Pockets has been a great site to learn and connect; thank you for sharing!  I have been looking into getting a real estate license and have shopped schools in the area.  Has anyone attended classes at the Hilton Head Real Estate School? If so, what did you think of the classes?
