Makin successful friends is a talent and of course a blessing. I don't believe in social media friends. Good communication is the prior thing for getting a successful friend. Once we lose a friend, it is a loss forever.

Hi, I got a job and I am shifting to Toronto. I am confused whether to buy a home or to build a new one. Many suggested me to have a new one according to my design as I have a plan to settle down there. For the time being, I am staying in a rented house, with a single bedroom. The house seems to be good and new from outside but too old that the door hinges are totally rusted and the rollers being worn out. I guess it is good to choose a professional to repair this. I need to get it done as quickly as possible and have decided to call one of the emergency door repair services in Toronto, as my neighbor suggested to go with. I would like to get your suggestions on good door repair services nearby as I am completely new here. Thanks.

I completely agree with Gloria. Investment in real estate is something that should not be done as a hobby. It is something that requires pre-consultation and care.
