Insurance is a lot higher in this area than in most others due to windstorm.

Depending on where it is, you may be able to get more than $1100 a month for it. I have a 3/2 that rents for $2k a month and just closed on another one that I am aiming to get around $1700 a month after rehab. Obviously the lack of a second bathroom lowers yours some. If they came from a big box store then there might be a sticker somewhere with a name or number on it. Stick your head inside the cabinets and look at the bottom of the counter and behind the stiles. Although I wouldn't really worry about it. The original manufacturer isn't really important. Any cabinet maker or decent carpenter will be able to make new faces to fit the existing cabinet bases.

The biggest drawback to Auction.com is there is a lot of competition and they use shill bidders to drive the price up
