Hello from Bearden Arkansas. My husband and I are a new real estate investment company. We are a small company in a small town. We began this to generate money for our retirement. We have completed a REI study course and have just began rehab on our first SFR. I hope to join a group that has other investors in my area. I would also love to hear from other investors that farm in a small rual town and if it is something that can make money. In addition, I would welcome any advise from experienced investors.
