Hi Adam,

We live in the same area. Maybe we can get together sometime and see how we can help each other. Maybe we can partner on a deal sometime. Or start a local REI group together because our local one seems to just want to sell investors programs.

Hi,

I am a beginning investor who is interested in learning how to buy properties for low or no money down. I am looking to buy 2 a year for rental properties. I have been a real estate agent in the past and I have worked for apartment complexes. I am also open to purchasing an apartment building. I would be willing to work with a partner under the right circumstances.
