Goldsboro is a good market.  Actually most of Wayne County is good.  We have a lot of military families that live in Wayne County but not in Goldsboro.  Think...Pikeville, Fremont, Belfast, Dudley, Rosewood, Lagrange, Mt.Olive(yes Mt. Olive Pickles and University of Mt. Olive).

I am in eastern NC. Main focus is single family rentals, mobile homes (in parks or on private lots), & mobile home parks.
