Charles - Thanks for the advice!  I am looking to start small with hopefully 2-4 flips of town homes in my area in 2017.  I am currently in discussion with a few different hard money lenders to acquire the funds my partner and I would need. I would love to talk a little more in depth with you about your personal experience in real estate if you had the availability or time in the future.  I feel that a person with your experience could help me a great deal.  In your profile video you discuss monthly meetings you hold in the Baltimore area for ideas about real estate investing, would you be able to provide me more detail so that I could sign up and attend a meeting in January?  Thanks Again

Pat

Hi my name is Pat and I am in the Baltimore, MD market and looking to get into real estate investing.  I always hear ads on the radio saying you can do deals without using any of your own money or get a 350k line of credit for real estate investing ect ect.  If this is *true*, what are the best ways to go about getting qualified for a line of credit/start up funds to begin flipping or renting out properties.  Any input is appreciated thank you!
