Hi James,

Apologies for the late reply.  I'm still learning how to navigate the site.  The site is about a quarter acre.  The building is over 4,400 sq ft.  The building is vacant and an older building that will need complete renovation.  I got it for a good price, so I also expect strong cash flow.  I'm actively looking for another deal for a larger building in my area but have not had success yet.

Currently I’m investing in Rhode Island.  I know the area so I figured I’d start where I know.

I’ll share information as the project progresses.  Still in the pre-renovation phase but as soon as we are ready, I’ll share what I can.

Hello everyone,  I have a few single family ground up builds under my belt but I am a brand new Investor to the multifamily space.  I have my first multifamily under contract.  The building needs significant renovations but I am excited to start down this path.  Financial freedom here I come!

Please feel free to reach out.  I want to be an active member in the community, provide value where I can and learn from all the already successful investors here.
