Post: Sewer pipe has roots through it

I’m under contract on a duplex for $390,000 and it apprised for $410,000, but we scoped the sewer line and it has tree rots going through it. Should I still go through with buying it. The electrical and plumbing is fully remolded. Just trying to get some thoughts.
