Is there a BP podcast episode that anyone can recommend about getting money starting out? To be more specific, buying and holding a property. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks. 

Thanks y'all. These options sound great and I'll look into each. I've thought about property management but I just wanted to see what other possibilities could be. 

I'm looking to find a good job/career in real estate in the Memphis TN area. I am beginner so I want to increase my knowledge and education in as many ways as possible and I feel this would be a great way.  My question is what do you think would be a good job for someone new and where should I look? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
