I'm looking to connect locally to identify/secure an investment property before year-end…I'm good with minor fixes/not major rehab. I live near downtown Tampa and I am open to exploring options throughout Greater Tampa Bay…If residential, I'd prefer an individual condo that has HOA flexibility for a STR or multi-family properties. I'm also evaluating other cash flow investments (I.e. laundromats) to acquire. Any help or recommendations would be much appreciated, Thank you Bigger Pockets community…
