As a real estate agent I attend a lot of Meet-ups in the Houston area to learn what investors are looking for and then put plan in action to do it! As agents we look for listings that sometimes are a better fit for an investors than for the retail market. Go for it!!!!

As a real estate agent, finding deals is part of my day to day routine and I'm always in front of the MLS, FSBO, Pre-forclosures and driving for dollars is something I do for fun!
When is time to sell that awesome rehab in the Houston area, knowledge of the market is a must from pricing right to marketing of the property to sell before time eats the profit and close that deal!
