Thank you!  I have been reading and listening to podcasts.  I'm hoping to break into investing this year.  I have always wanted to get into real estate investing.  I am absolutely looking for buy and hold and passive income approach. I feel that I will have more control over the investments in real estate over the stock market. Hello, I'm a newbie.  I started out reading and listening to podcasts.  I am now seriously looking into buying some Multifamily properties and would like some insight in the San Antonio and surrounding areas market?  I'm primarily looking for duplex, triplex and four plexus.

Hello everyone!  My name is Paula and I am a new investor in the Texas market.  I'm looking to break into Multifamily rental properties.  I would love some insight on either turn-key or fixer-upper duplexes, triplex, etc and what can make the most money?  Also would living in a nicer area, bring in better rental income and renters?  Thanks so much.
